Natural cashews or other nuts of choice

Dried goji berries or other dried fruit

Dry roasted pumpkin seeds

Shredded coconut

Cacao nibs


Try to buy organic or non GMO to honour your highest health. As someone on a budget I look for products that are on sale.


Combine in a glass jar or other container and shake.
